Terms and conditions of the price list

• Refundable deposit of 100.00 euro
• Fixed expenses 50.00 euro (compulsory)
  
• Second car 30.00 euro per week
• Small pets 50.00 euro per week
• Rental of cradle 40.00 euro per week
• Rental of sheets for double bed 10.00 euro per change
• Rental of sheets for single bed 8.00 euro per change
• Rental of bathroom towels 6.00 euro per change per person
• Supplement per extra person 100 euro per week
• Supplement for air conditioning 50.00 euro per week – 10.00 euro per day
• Supplement for half board 30.00 euro per day
  
• Supplement for full board 40.00 euro per day (with continental breakfast - croissant, cappuccino, juice, rusks)
  
• Supplement for breakfast buffet 10.00 euro per day
  
  

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

The default period of stay is from one Saturday to the next, however, depending on availability it is possible to book on other days as well.
Guests can take possession of the room from 4 pm on the day of reservation, having to vacate it by 9 am on the date of departure.
The guest, having read the terms of the contract, must pay the full amount of the stay at the time of arrival.

REDUCTIONS

(not applicable for the period from 07/08/2024 to 21/08/2024):

• 5% reduction for payments made as an advance by 31/03/2024;
  
• 5% reduction for guests who stayed at Miramare Village in 2023;
  
• 10% reduction for stays of at least 3 weeks (none of the weeks should include the period 07-21/08/2024)
  
• 5% reduction for former guests who bring a friend as new guest to our Village.

Notice: Reductions are not cumulative.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is due.

Miramare Village accepts all major credit cards.

The guest, having read the terms of the contract, must pay in advance the full amount of the stay upon arrival.
