DEPOSIT AND SURCHARGES
- Refundable deposit euro 100.00
- Flat fees euro 50,00 (Mandatory)
- Second car euro 30,00 per week
- Small pets euro 50,00 per week
- Crib rental euro 40,00 per week
- Double sheet rental euro 10,00 per change
- Single bed linen rental euro 8,00 per change
- Bath linen rental euro 6,00 per person per change
- Extra person euro 100 per week
- Air conditioning supplement euro 50,00 per week - euro 10,00 per day
- Half board supplement euro 30.00 per day
- Full board supplement euro 40.00 per day (with continental breakfast - croissant, cappuccino, juice, rusks)
- Extra charge for buffet breakfast euro 10.00 per day
Arrivals and departures
- The period of stay is scheduled from one Saturday to the next, but depending on availability it is possible to book on different days.
- Customers can take possession of the room from 16.00 on the day of booking, vacating it by 09.00 on the date of departure.
- The customer, having read the contractual terms, must pay the full amount of the stay in advance upon arrival.
Reductions
(not applicable to the period from 06/08/2025 to 20/08/2025)
- 5% reduction for down payments sent by 31/03/2025;
- 5% reduction for clients who have stayed at Miramare Village in 2024;
- 10% reduction for stays of at least 3 weeks (no week must include the period 06-20/08/2025);
- 5% reduction for old clients who bring a new friend to Ns Village.
N.B. Reductions cannot be combined.
Reservation and payment
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
